THE TRAGEDY THAT BINDS

Surviving Parents of Southeast Texas was founded by two Mothers who were both unfortunately and fortunately united by tragedy-the violent, senseless death of a beloved child. And thanks to a dedicated Detective who saw the need to put them in contact with one another for support, Surviving Parents of SETX was born. The need to grieve, share experiences, hopes, fears-to vent but eventually find ways to cope and grow beyond that grief, that is the continued goal of the organization.
